Nitrogen supply requirements:According to the national industry standards for cables,nitrogen must be used as a protective gas during the production of 35KV and above cross-linked cable production lines to prevent oxidation and combustion of cross-linked polyethylene at high temperatures.The purity of nitrogen is generally 99.5%(with an oxygen content of 0.5%),and the pressure of nitrogen usage is 0.8 to 1.6 MPa.Generally,the nitrogen consumption for the production of a single suspension chain and tower line in China is 6-20 Nm³/Hr,the nitrogen consumption for the production of imported suspension chains and tower lines is 40-60Nm³/Hr,the specific nitrogen consumption should be determined based on whether there is a rotary chamber,whether it is water-cooled or air-cooled,the interval and time setting for exhaust gas emission,etc.
